We are a travel agency specializing in Chinese visitors to Japan. The global tourism industry is the first step toward mutual understanding between people around the world. As a bridge connecting Japan and China, we aim to contribute to further deepening mutual understanding between Japan and China through tourism.
The global tourism industry is expected to reach $16 trillion in 10 years, accounting for 11.4% of global GDP. It also accounts for approximately 10% of global employment, with one in ten people working in the tourism industry in some capacity. Advances in transportation and communications infrastructure are leading to a diversification of tourism purposes. We aim to meet the diverse needs of travelers with our high-quality services.
More than 70% of our employees are Chinese. All of our employees have extensive experience living in Japan. We will continue to enhance employee training to cultivate high-quality human resources, while also enhancing employee benefits, such as providing a stable life in Japan and an ideal educational environment for their children.
Tourism is said to be the greatest peaceful industry. France and Germany fought three wars, but after the war, they achieved a semi-permanent peace through economic and academic exchanges, as well as mutual understanding through tourism. While political challenges remain between Japan and China, we, as a private business, believe that mutual understanding can be enhanced by promoting private exchanges in areas such as business, economy, academia, culture, and education. In China, there’s a saying: “Seeking dominance while remaining true to differences.” This is the idea of setting aside differences and pursuing common interests.
Our company will contribute to mutual understanding between Japan and China through tourism and academic exchanges. We particularly hope that young people, who will lead the next generation, will deepen their exchanges. To that end, RCC will provide high-quality, meaningful tourism services.
