As a Japan-based destination management company (DMC), we support a wide range of travel purposes, from group tours and tailor-made FIT journeys to business exchange visits and educational study programs. We work closely with partners across Japan to deliver safe, smooth, and meaningful experiences that match each client’s goals, pace, and expectations.

We invest continuously in our people and our standards. Our multilingual team combines local knowledge with international service practices, and we strengthen that capability through training, quality control, and on-the-ground operational discipline.

With a multilingual team and strong local expertise, we can respond quickly to inbound travel requests and deliver programs efficiently. Backed by a wide network of trusted partners, we support clients across multiple markets and coordinate end-to-end operations throughout Japan.

We have built and operate a system that can quickly process large amounts of tour data. This allows us to carry out purchasing and itinerary management with excellent response time.

We offer inbound travel that covers not only the Tokyo metropolitan area, Chubu, and Kansai regions, but also Hokkaido and Kyushu.

During the trip, you will be accompanied by a guide who is knowledgeable about everything from the history of the tourist destination to local attractions and souvenirs, and who will respond to your requests.

Engagement

Based in the Hongo area near the University of Tokyo, RCC works with a network of external advisors, academics, and industry specialists to support purpose-driven travel and exchange programs. We combine research-informed planning with strong on-the-ground operations to help groups achieve clear objectives in Japan.

With 18 years of experience as a travel agency and DMC, we have extensive expertise in receiving inbound visitors and coordinating complex itineraries.
