RCC is a Japan-based destination management company (DMC) delivering reliable group travel and tailor-made FIT journeys for international guests.

Since 2007, we have focused on one thing: making travel in Japan run smoothly from planning to on-the-ground operations. Whether it is a fixed-departure group, a private delegation, a family FIT itinerary, or a multi-city route, we manage the details that determine quality: realistic scheduling, smart routing, supplier coordination, and on-trip support.

Our strength is our partner network across Japan. We work closely with trusted providers in every key area of the trip, including:

For group travel, we provide end-to-end delivery, including itinerary design, tour leadership support, guide coordination, risk management, and on-site troubleshooting. For FIT, we build itineraries that feel personal, flexible, and well-paced, with quality accommodations, reservations, and local experiences selected to match each guest’s style.
